I know you all know this already, but I want to tell you all how loved Choo is. She was one of the kindest, warmest people I've ever had the good fortune to meet. I will always remember her laughing a lot, and remembering the details of everybody's lives with such care: she is deeply missed. Your family has been very blessed to have her at the heart of it.
